WurkEval™
WurkEval™ is a review system for wurkers, whereby a user can review the wurkers performance and character. These values will be combined to form a single view of the individuals overall attributes.
Using this system of evaluation, employers can find the perfect fit for performance and character required for a specific job. Keep in mind that even when a wurker may seem to be graded badly, there may still be a job that those specific traits are required for. So, there really is not a bad review, only a breakdown of a specific wurkers individual characteristics.
